 Going as an individual:

 

Fill out the online individual registration form. Then send your registration fee as an e-transfer to giving@transformationmtl.com

Please write in the memo "For Summit."

Going as a group (if you are more than 15, you each get $10 off):

​

 Once you, the leader, fill out the online group registration form,

please print out the individual registration pdf form (below online forms) to hand out to your youth. Once they fill it in, they will return it to you so that you have their records for the weekend.

Then send your registration fee as an e-transfer to giving@transformationmtl.com
